About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Werkstudent responsible for end-to-end recruiting process for Early Careers at Wemolo. Assisting with candidate management, interview coordination, and daily business tasks.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruiting: From the hiring kickoff to contract signing, you are responsible for the entire recruiting process for our Early Careers (working students and interns).
  • Application management: You screen incoming applications, make an initial pre-selection and document all steps in a structured and reliable manner in the ATS.
  • Shaping the candidate experience: You conduct initial get-to-know conversations, act as the central point of contact for applicants and ensure a respectful, positive candidate experience.
  • Interview coordination: You schedule interviews, coordinate closely with hiring teams and keep an overview — especially for our on-site appointments.
  • Support in daily business: You pitch in with day-to-day operations, take on organizational tasks and actively contribute to ongoing projects within the Talent team.

Requirements

  • Your background: You are currently enrolled in university or have already completed a degree — e.g., in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, the Humanities, or a comparable field.
  • Curiosity for recruiting: You are interested in talent acquisition and want to gain practical recruiting experience.
  • Initial practical experience: Ideally, you have already worked in a dynamic environment — e.g., at a startup, a consultancy or a technology-driven company.
  • Communication skills & trustworthiness: You approach people openly, communicate clearly and can handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Team spirit & openness: You enjoy working in a team, contribute proactively and like driving things forward together.
  • Language skills: You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Office culture: During the working-student period you are willing to come to our Munich office at least once a week.
