Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Through targeted and confident communication, you establish contact with potential customers by phone, email, or LinkedIn, present our products and services, and generate their interest.
Market Analysis: You research and analyze the German market to identify prospective customers.
Networking: You develop innovative outreach strategies to continuously expand your network.
Stakeholder Management: You maintain contact with prospective customers, answer their questions, provide additional information, and build trusting relationships.
Sales Support: You support our Sales team by coordinating and preparing appointments and assisting with tasks such as preparing materials, with the goal of winning new customers and further expanding existing key accounts.
Company Growth: You make a significant contribution to Wemolo’s growth, success, and market penetration.
Requirements
Your Background: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a university degree.
Sales Experience: Initial experience in sales is a plus (e.g., in Sales Development, inside sales, or sales assistance). For us, the focus is your motivation to get to know the sales area and grow it together.
Communication Skills: You are highly motivated, strong in communication, and present yourself confidently and reliably.
Determination: You can organize yourself, set the right priorities, and work in a very structured way.
Initiative: You are an enthusiastic team player, have a hands-on mentality, and are eager to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Language Skills: You have C2 German proficiency and speak business-fluent English; additional language skills are an advantage.
