About the role

  • Manage the entire B2B sales process from lead qualification to closing while nurturing long-term client relationships. Work in a hybrid setup with occasional travel across Germany (approx. 10–20%) and contribute to Wemolo's growth.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the entire sales process — from initial outreach and persuasive presentations to closing deals. You excite new customers, aim to win key accounts over time, and contribute sustainably to revenue growth.
  • You deliver presentations and negotiate at all management levels, maintain long-term client relationships, and identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • You qualify leads effectively, prioritize them using data, and build a high-quality, scalable sales pipeline.
  • You always keep your targets in focus, analyze your pipeline, and continuously optimize your sales strategies to find the best solutions for our customers.
  • Teamwork comes first: you collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to continuously develop Wemolo.

Requirements

  • Whether through vocational training, a degree, or as a career changer — you have already gained initial experience in B2B sales.
  • You are structured and analytical: you work in a data-driven way and prioritize quality and excellence.
  • You are ambitious and motivated by fast growth in a highly dynamic environment.
  • You have a strong personal presence and the drive to learn Wemolo’s technology in depth.
  • You have C2-level German and speak fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • You hold a valid class B driving license and are willing to travel regularly within Germany (approx. 10–20%).
