About the role

  • Customer Success Manager facilitating B2B customer onboarding and product integration. Building relationships and enhancing customer success with innovative camera systems.

Responsibilities

  • You will manage the implementation of our system from A to Z — via email, calls, or live demos — ensuring a smooth integration on our customers' parking areas.
  • You will turn customers into true product experts and show them how to leverage the full potential of our solution.
  • Through proactive check-ins and genuine interest, you will build long-term, trust-based partnerships.
  • You will work closely with Commercial, Product, and Engineering teams and bring customer feedback directly to where it creates impact.
  • You will refine processes, identify automation opportunities, and help us make the customer journey efficient and scalable.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Service
  • Customer-oriented mindset: You communicate clearly, persuasively, and solution-focused
  • Technical skills: Experience with tools such as G Suite, Airtable, and CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage
  • Languages: German at minimum C1 level, business-fluent English — additional languages are a plus.
