About the role

  • CRM Analyst developing and managing journeys, campaigns, and performance metrics for C&A's fashion retailing. Focused on customer engagement and conversion in multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Journey Strategy and Optimization: Plan, implement, and optimize CRM journeys across all stages of the funnel (acquisition, qualification, conversion, and retention), focusing on performance, growth, and value generation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience based on behavioral and business data.
  • Lead the full experimentation cycle (A/B and multivariate tests), identify growth levers, and scale learnings.
  • Tactical Campaign Execution: Develop, manage, and execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications, RCS, and WhatsApp).
  • Collaborate with the creative team and agencies, producing clear, strategic briefings to develop high-impact communications.
  • Ensure message consistency, personalization, and relevance across the customer journey.
  • Data and Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and interpret performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, lift, ROI, among others).
  • Translate complex metrics and analyses into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for the business.
  • Support data-driven decision-making using test learnings and campaign results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree – Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in CRM, Growth, or Planning, working on journey strategies, automation, and performance measurement.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Oracle Responsys, RD Station, Braze, or similar.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, basic statistics, and experimentation methodologies.
  • Strong command of core CRM and Growth metrics (engagement, conversion, LTV, churn, lift, ROI).
  • Ability to design, analyze, and optimize omnichannel journeys (email, SMS, push, WhatsApp, and others).
