About the role

  • Account Executive managing expansion of Wemolo's digital parking solutions in Italy. Responsible for full sales cycle and developing strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Expansion: You support the expansion of our brand in Italy and ensure that Wemolo is used for digital parking management in every city.
  • 360° Sales & Sales Cycle: You are responsible for the entire sales process - from initial contact and compelling presentations to closing the deal. In doing so, you inspire new customers, win key accounts, and make a lasting contribution to increasing sales.
  • Pipeline Building: You develop high-quality sales pipelines by effectively qualifying and prioritizing leads for the respective segments.
  • Pipeline Management: Using CRM tools and data-driven analyses, you always keep track of your sales pipeline and KPIs.
  • Goal-Oriented: You continuously track your weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets and report them to the Country Manager.
  • Teamwork: You work closely with colleagues from Product Development, Sales Development, and Operations to continuously advance Wemolo.

Requirements

  • Background: You have completed vocational training or a university degree and bring relevant professional experience, ideally in sales.
  • Sales Experience: You have already gained a minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience and can demonstrate a clear track record of regularly exceeding your targets. You impress with your hunter mentality and successfully close negotiations.
  • Working Style: You work goal-oriented, independently, and in a structured manner.
  • Language Skills: You speak Italian at C2 level and have very good English skills.
  • Driver’s License: You have a valid Class B driver’s license.
  • Willingness to Travel: You are highly willing to travel (approx. 15%) within Italy to optimally develop and manage your accounts. Besides that, you’ll be willing to attend regular meetings at the Munich office.
