About the role

  • Account Executive responsible for expanding Wemolo's brand in Italy and managing customer relationships in the B2B sector. Focused on sales pipeline management and collaboration across teams to enhance company growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the expansion of our brand in Italy
  • Responsible for presenting Wemolo to new customers and generating sustainable revenue growth
  • Develop high-quality sales pipelines by qualifying and prioritizing leads
  • Manage the sales pipeline and KPIs using CRM tools
  • Continuously track and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets to the Country Manager
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues from Product Development, Sales Development, and Operations

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or a university degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Valid Class B driver's license
  • Highly willing to travel within Italy
  • Fluent in Italian at C2 level with very good English skills
