About the role

  • Principal Commercial Banking Relationship Manager managing complex client relationships at Wells Fargo. Developing innovative financial solutions and leading client relationship strategies in the Commercial Banking sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, retain, and grow complex client relationships through the art of relationship management
  • Act as a top subject matter expert to lead highly complex and substantial cash flow, real estate loans, and certain other industry specific solutions
  • Lead the strategy and resolution for full suite of most complex solutions offered by Wells Fargo
  • Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding Commercial Banking Relationship Management company wide strategies
  • Strategically lead all levels of professional and managers across the enterprise to improve processes and risk control
  • Drive relationship planning activities to deliver the full suite of solutions and maintain sales and pipeline disciplines
  • Strategically lead and support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new Commercial Banking clients
  • Partner with Commercial Lending Product Management to provide vision, leadership, and expertise on client and market needs

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services
  • Completion of formal credit training program
  • Established professional network within Scottsdale, Las Vegas and Reno and the surrounding metropolitan area
  • Commercial banking account relationship management experience for clients with annual revenue of $100MM to $2B
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively to deliver the organization to clients and prospects
  • Demonstrated experience generating new client relationships, building, and retaining long-term client relationships
  • Experience identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
