About the role

  • Senior Brand Manager for OPI and WELLA managing brand performance and marketing strategies in Northern Europe. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Brand ownership: You will have full ownership of brand performance including managing the marketing budget and investment choices and annual price setting.
  • Brand Strategy Development: Collaborate to develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Launch Execution: Collaborate to plan and execute product and commercial initiative launches for your brands.
  • Marketing Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Omnichannel management: Assure all channels are aligned and build the brands in the same way, including to maximize brand visibility.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Data analysis: Analyze sales data to uncover opportunities to further grow the business.
  • Sales Cycle development: Work with the team to develop compelling brand messaging and activation for the quarterly sales cycle of the professional salon channel.
  • Content Creation and Management: support the creation of content for various marketing materials, including website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertising materials.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with multifunctional commercial teams on your brand plans.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns. Prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of branding efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • People management: 1 Brand Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in marketing, brand management or a similar role.
  • Fluent in English – both spoken and written.
  • Bachelor degree in marketing, business or equivalent.
  • Experience with larger media and influencer strategies, e-commerce business and omnichannel strategies.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative with a strategic mindset to challenge status quo.
  • One of the languages in the cluster (Nordic & BNL) is also valued but not a criterion.
