About the role

  • Employer Brand Manager responsible for building Headway's employer brand for talent in Ukraine and beyond. Driving strategic initiatives, managing campaigns, and evolving communication channels within the Communications Team.

Responsibilities

  • Drive employer brand as a strategic business lever — shaping perception, influencing hiring outcomes, and strengthening Headway’s position on the market.
  • Own and execute cross-channel initiatives — from idea to launch — working with internal teams, vendors, and budgets.
  • Create and scale initiatives that combine creativity with measurable impact.
  • Build and evolve Employer Brand strategy (EVP, messaging, tone of voice).
  • Launch and manage cross-channel Employer Brand campaigns end-to-end.
  • Develop and scale communication channels to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Drive employee advocacy and experiment with new formats.
  • Organize and execute events (conferences, career events, partnerships).
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to improve candidate journey.
  • Track performance and optimize based on Employer Brand metrics.
  • Lead projects and manage vendors, partners, and budgets.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in communications, PR, or marketing.
  • 1+ year of experience in Employer Branding.
  • Strong understanding of IT market and EVP development.
  • Ability to build brand narratives and messaging frameworks.
  • Experience with communication channels (PESO model) and hiring funnels.
  • Experience launching cross-channel campaigns (awareness & lead generation).
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Experience organizing events and partnerships.
  • Project management skills and ability to work with vendors.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work with metrics.
  • English — B2+.
