About the role

  • Brand Manager overseeing fulfillment partners while leveraging Pattern’s logistics solutions. Managing operations and optimizing workflows in a rapidly growing ecommerce environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Brand Managers
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and Pattern’s logistics teams to ensure seamless fulfillment operations.
  • Oversees the onboarding of new partners into Pattern’s 3PL systems across multiple online retail platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify.
  • Develops business plans focused on increasing operational efficiencies and maximizing account potential through logistics excellence.
  • Designs and implements new processes and systems to support business growth and streamline the movement of goods.
  • Works closely with company leadership and logistics leads to enhance Pattern’s 3PL offerings and maintain high service standards.
  • Handles and resolves complex requests from 3PL business partners in a professional manner.
  • Monitors account health with a focus on inventory flow, shipping accuracy, and fulfillment speed.
  • Gathers and organizes logistics data to provide partners with actionable insights into their supply chain performance.
  • Identifies opportunities to scale partner businesses by leveraging Pattern’s distribution network.
  • Ensures all partner communications and reporting consistently meet the highest ethical and professional standards.

Requirements

  • Experience managing a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Drive for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing high-stakes partner relationships.
  • Self-driven, organized, and proactive, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel out of state on occasion for partner or warehouse visits.
  • Previous experience in a 3PL or high-stakes logistics environment (Preferred).
  • Experience with Amazon (FBA/FBM) and other marketplace fulfillment requirements (Preferred).
  • Background in process improvement or supply chain optimization (Preferred).
