Key Account Manager responsible for partnerships with e-tailers in the Benelux at Wella Company. Supporting sales-driven growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Ondersteunen bij het opstellen en uitvoeren van accountplannen.
Beheren van dagelijkse klantvragen en zorgen voor een snelle en correcte opvolging.
Monitoren, analyseren en rapporteren van verkoopdata, klantgedrag en markttrends om kansen te identificeren.
Actief bijdragen aan het behalen van omzet- en margedoelstellingen van jouw klanten.
Opbouwen en ontwikkelen van relaties met onze belangrijkste e-tailers & retailers;
P&L verantwoordelijkheid van bruto-omzet tot netto-inkomsten om groei en winstgevendheid te stimuleren;
Onderhandelen over condities en contracten.
Beheren van klant budgetten en rapporteren aan finance.
Plannen & managen van klantactivaties en campagnes in lijn met merkstrategie, in samenwerking met interne stakeholders;
Werken aan het verbeteren van de conversie & merkbeleving (online & instore), in samenwerking met ons trade marketing team.
Bijdragen aan de ambitieuze doelstellingen van het End Consumer Channel team.
Requirements
Bachelor/Master diploma in een relevante richting;
>1,5 jaar ervaring in (online) Key Account Management;
Open mindset; open to learn en niet bang zijn om fouten te maken.
Start-up mentaliteit: ondernemend met ownership;
Competitief karakter, verkoop- en omzetgericht, doelgericht individu;
Niet bang zijn om te onderhandelen;
Kennis van e-commerce en gedreven om meer te leren;
Vloeiend in zowel geschreven als gesproken Nederlands en Engels.
