About the role

  • Director of Total Rewards shaping and executing compensation and benefits initiatives across Wella’s businesses in the Americas. Leading programs to enhance employee engagement and talent attraction.

Responsibilities

  • Shape, drive, and execute Rewards programs across Wella’s Total Rewards pillars
  • Own initiatives related to Compensation, Benefits, Wellbeing, and Mobility
  • Audit and enhance existing programs, ensuring compliance with changing local laws
  • Manage day-to-day compensation and benefits operations

Requirements

  • 10 years of relevant experience in progressive and global organizations
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, particularly with a numerate background
  • Advanced skill level in PowerPoint/Excel, including use of V-Lookups, and pivot tables
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken required
  • Additional languages such as Spanish and Portuguese will be an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within region as needed
