Shape, drive, and execute Rewards programs across Wella’s Total Rewards pillars
Own initiatives related to Compensation, Benefits, Wellbeing, and Mobility
Audit and enhance existing programs, ensuring compliance with changing local laws
Manage day-to-day compensation and benefits operations
Requirements
10 years of relevant experience in progressive and global organizations
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, particularly with a numerate background
Advanced skill level in PowerPoint/Excel, including use of V-Lookups, and pivot tables
Fluent in English, both written and spoken required
Additional languages such as Spanish and Portuguese will be an advantage
