About the role

  • Co-Head of Performance Marketing in a leading Swiss agency managing a team and optimizing digital strategies. Responsible for innovative marketing solutions and external representation of the unit.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic responsibility for the Performance Marketing unit
  • Operational, personnel and financial responsibility
  • Lead a team of 4 team managers and over 15 specialists
  • Identify and analyze opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Represent the unit at conferences and industry events
  • Optimize processes and ways of working

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics and Meta
  • Familiarity with SEO, programmatic advertising and email marketing
  • Leadership experience and responsibility for large client projects, especially in retail and e-commerce
  • Degree in marketing, business administration or a related field
  • Excellent German and English skills
