Responsibilities
Strategic responsibility for the Performance Marketing unit
Operational, personnel and financial responsibility
Lead a team of 4 team managers and over 15 specialists
Identify and analyze opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders
Represent the unit at conferences and industry events
Optimize processes and ways of working
Requirements
More than 5 years of experience in performance marketing
Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics and Meta
Familiarity with SEO, programmatic advertising and email marketing
Leadership experience and responsibility for large client projects, especially in retail and e-commerce
Degree in marketing, business administration or a related field
Excellent German and English skills
