About the role

  • Campaign Manager optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels in a dynamic environment. Collaborating with teams to enhance brand connections through digital strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and optimization of SMS and USSD campaigns based on KPI requirements.
  • Assist in designing and managing digital and BTL marketing campaigns, including programmatic, display, and social media.
  • Collaborate on developing campaign strategies and plans for multiple products and services, focusing on both acquisition and engagement KPIs.
  • Provide support in managing always-on and seasonal marketing campaigns for various digital products and services.
  • Assist in measuring and reporting the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing results against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to enhance marketing performance.
  • Analyze key campaign metrics that impact website traffic, revenue targets, and audience engagement.
  • Work with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Support collaboration with agencies and external vendor partners.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, providing insights for potential adoption.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
  • Strong understanding of MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of website, marketing, and BI analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Mixpanel, Matomo).
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns from the planning stage to execution and implementation.
  • Familiarity with SMS campaigns and digital/BTL marketing platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Creative mindset with an understanding of audience targeting and engagement strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving approach.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Exposure to A/B testing and multivariate experiments is a plus.
