About the role

  • Own the organic social media strategy for Wild’s main Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Facebook VIP, and LinkedIn accounts
  • Lead on Wild’s global social presence, setting direction and mentoring our international teams (US, DE, FR).
  • Oversee weekly global social meetings to align content, share learnings, and push for best-in-class execution.
  • Manage and inspire the social media team (TikTok Executive and international global social team).
  • Create and manage the social content calendar, ensuring a strong balance between our key pillars: mission, product, brand, and trends.
  • Lead on Instagram content creation – from ideation to editing to posting.
  • Manage the Facebook VIP page, which is a group of Wild superfans.
  • Develop bimonthly high-impact social brand activations that drive awareness and cultural relevance
  • Track, analyse, and report on the performance of Wild’s social channels, with a focus on engagement, growth, and reach.
  • Use insights to continuously refine and pivot strategy to maximise performance.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging features.
  • Champion Wild’s tone of voice, values, and sustainability mission across all content.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Brand, Creative, Influencer, and Comms teams.

Requirements

  • Ideally 2-4 years experience in social media marketing/content creation
  • Social media native - You get internet culture, trends, and brand storytelling.
  • Experienced social media manager - You’ve already managed channels for a brand and built out social strategies that deliver results.
  • Positive energy - You bring enthusiasm, optimism, and drive every day.
  • Data-driven + strategic - You love the creative side but always back decisions with data and insights and can own reporting weekly.
  • Organised & structured - You can build calendars, manage projects, and bring order to fast-moving creative work.
  • Leader & motivator - You’ve managed a team before, and you’re a natural collaborator.
  • Trend-aware & risk-taker - You spot what’s next and aren’t afraid to test bold ideas.
