Responsibilities

  • Shape our influencer sales strategy in the US
  • Scale partnerships with creators, agencies, and celebrities to drive traffic, awareness, and sales
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Discover and build relationships with talent across platforms to deliver impactful campaign activations
  • Lead by example within the team, mentoring junior executives
  • Help shape processes and collaborate with the marketing team to identify new growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the US market and influencer landscape
  • Proven experience (2–3 years) in influencer marketing or sales, ideally in a performance-driven environment
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
