  • Collaborate across departments to deliver high-quality campaigns with measurable results.
  • Take responsibility for the accurate setup, maintenance and optimization of campaigns following current industry standards.
  • Support the development and maintenance of strong client relationships in day-to-day operations.
  • Foster innovation and a culture of experimentation by exploring new platforms, technologies and channels to identify opportunities for improved campaign performance early.
  • Contribute to the optimization of internal processes and efficient ways of working within the team.
  • Support building and maintaining relationships with publishers and vendors to ensure the use of the latest advertising products and technologies.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of practical experience in paid media with solid knowledge of the paid media and e-commerce space — across different channels, objectives and strategies.
  • Proven experience executing multi-channel and multi-objective campaigns, particularly in paid social, for both awareness and performance goals.
  • Experience in budget management and campaign optimization to achieve KPIs such as reach, brand awareness, ROAS or revenue.
  • Good knowledge of major social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and Pinterest.
  • Cooperative and proactive working style, with the ability to manage tasks independently and work cross-functionally.
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics and performance measurement, with the ability to use data effectively for optimization and reporting.
  • Demonstrable experience in flawless, error-free execution of digital campaigns.
  • Good understanding of how media and creative assets interplay to enable successful campaigns.

Benefits

  • Vibrant team spirit: We deliberately include “social” in our name and foster a strong team spirit and an open company culture with flat hierarchies where your voice counts!
  • Exciting projects with international reach: We work on digital projects that set benchmarks. Our clients come from both B2C and B2B environments and include local as well as international players.
  • Globally connected and locally rooted: Our teams in Munich and Kreuzberg benefit from ongoing knowledge exchange with WAS locations worldwide and are based in the Glockenbachviertel and Kreuzberg neighborhoods.
  • Flexibility — yes please!: Hybrid work combines the benefits of working from home and the office. That’s why we have a 2/3 split: for a 40-hour week we expect at least 2 days on-site with colleagues and 3 days working from home. But that’s not all — we are big fans of remote work. You can work remotely for 20 days within Germany and an additional 20 days within Europe. If you’re not a fan of the German winter, join us and spend that time in Portugal or Greece.
  • More benefits for you: Because we know how important well-being is and because we love benefits, we offer more than the standard. Enjoy 2 additional Health Days, menstrual leave, a day off on your birthday, a partnership with Urban Sports Club, the Deutschlandticket, an OpenUp membership and much more.
