Responsibilities
Serve as the central Program and Content Manager for the Cloud JAPAC customer reference program.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to identify, develop, and engage strategic reference customers.
Work with local teams to produce and amplify customer content, including videos, case studies, blogs, and slides to showcase market momentum.
Interface with internal teams to advise on the strategic use of references for peer networking, events, and sales deliverables.
Build and activate customer relationships to benefit sales activity, product development, and the customer’s professional profile.
Manage reference requests, track outcomes, and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer profiles and contact data.
Educate internal teams on reference processes, asset utilization, and program strategy.
Define metrics and benchmarks; provide regular updates on reference status, gap analysis, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in B2B or developer marketing (content, events, community, direct mail, and social media).
Proven project management experience, including websites, social media, reporting, and agency/vendor management.
Self-starter comfortable collaborating across large, cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Experience producing customer assets (case studies, blogs, videos, social media).
Understanding of Cloud-native business models and product utilization. Analytical, problem-solving mindset with a passion for market dynamics.
Strong leadership and communication skills in both business and technical contexts.
Marketing Strategy: B2B, Digital, and Event Marketing; Program & Community Management.
Execution: Content Writing, Social Media, and Content Creation.
Relationship Management: Sales, Customer Success, and Cloud ecosystem engagement.
Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
