Responsibilities
- Provides strategic direction, design oversight, and program management for enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives
- Manages the planning, implementation, and evaluation of leadership, professional, and organizational development learning programs and initiatives
- Collaborates with HR leadership, HR business partners, instructional designers, Learning & Development consultants, senior business leaders, and external vendors
- Leverages advanced learning technologies, analytics and AI-driven insights to innovate and continuously improve the employee learning experience
- Tracks, analyzes, and reports on program participation, effectiveness, and ROI using data-driven methods and learning analytics tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Psychology, Education, related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Learning and Performance, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related discipline highly preferred
- Professional certification in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development or related discipline preferred
- Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in learning and development, organizational development, talent management or related field, with demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale enterprise learning initiatives
- Proven track record of designing, implementing and evaluating learning strategies that build leadership capability, drive performance, and support organizational transformation
- Experience managing vendor partnerships and leveraging learning technologies, analytics, and evaluation methodologies to measure and enhance program effectiveness.
