- Communicate progress, risks, and impacts clearly to stakeholders, fostering alignment and informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in technology strategy, partnerships, corporate development, or product innovation roles.
- Extensive experience in program and project management, including planning, risk mitigation, and delivery of large-scale, complex technical programs.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and align multiple teams to achieve strategic goals.
- Strong technical knowledge of software and hardware lifecycles, cloud infrastructure, system design, and service management frameworks.
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement, communication, and conflict resolution to ensure alignment and drive consensus.
- Skilled in data-driven problem solving, impact analysis, and continuous process improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams and promoting operational excellence.
- Proficiency in developing and managing product roadmaps and prioritization frameworks.
