Responsibilities
Manage the flawless execution of regional creator programmes.
Implement and manage scalable, automated event invitation processes.
Develop, own, and strategically maintain the regional operational playbook and master calendar for the creator programmes.
Act as the central operational point of contact for local teams executing regional events.
Maintain and distribute standardised templates for events.
Own the budget for the creator programme.
Compile and distribute the monthly Creator Marketing newsletter.
Assist key stakeholders in preparing materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Requirements
6+ years of experience in program management, marketing operations, or a similar leadership role within a large technology or media company.
Proven experience in managing and owning large operational budgets, processing purchase orders, and handling complex vendor contracts.
Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex, moving pieces simultaneously.
Strong leadership experience in maintaining and optimising operational playbooks and master calendars.
Experience assisting senior management with materials preparation for executive-level meetings (e.g., QBRs).
Proficiency with event management processes and tools, particularly those involving automated outreach and communication.
A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to anticipate and troubleshoot problems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and local teams.
Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
