About the role

  • Partnerships Executive supporting sports marketing initiatives at 54 Group, focusing on activation planning and client relationship management for sponsorship programs.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation, planning, and execution of activation programmes across digital, live event, and experiential activations
  • Coordinate logistics for guest programmes, hospitality and VIP experiences at domestic and international events
  • Assist in the production of digital and social content campaigns aligned with partner objectives and brand guidelines
  • Liaise with venues, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth activation delivery
  • Provide on-site support at events, including guest servicing, branding delivery, and operational coordination
  • Maintain and update rights management trackers across partner accounts
  • Ensure all contractual rights and deliverables are delivered accurately and on time
  • Coordinate internal and external approvals for creative assets and activations
  • Support the preparation of performance reports and campaign evaluations
  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients and rights holders
  • Support senior team members in maintaining strong relationships with partners
  • Help prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and review sessions
  • Champion the highest standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail
  • Track and report on activation performance, including engagement metrics, media value, and guest feedback
  • Contribute insights and ideas to enhance partnership value and future planning

Requirements

  • 1–3 years’ experience in sponsorship, sports marketing, events, or brand partnerships (agency or rights-holder side)
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with confidence engaging clients and suppliers
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with CRM or project-tracking tools advantageous
  • A passion for sport and an understanding of sponsorship’s role in marketing and fan engagement Personal Attributes
