Partnerships Executive supporting sports marketing initiatives at 54 Group, focusing on activation planning and client relationship management for sponsorship programs.
Responsibilities
Support the creation, planning, and execution of activation programmes across digital, live event, and experiential activations
Coordinate logistics for guest programmes, hospitality and VIP experiences at domestic and international events
Assist in the production of digital and social content campaigns aligned with partner objectives and brand guidelines
Liaise with venues, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth activation delivery
Provide on-site support at events, including guest servicing, branding delivery, and operational coordination
Maintain and update rights management trackers across partner accounts
Ensure all contractual rights and deliverables are delivered accurately and on time
Coordinate internal and external approvals for creative assets and activations
Support the preparation of performance reports and campaign evaluations
Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients and rights holders
Support senior team members in maintaining strong relationships with partners
Help prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and review sessions
Champion the highest standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail
Track and report on activation performance, including engagement metrics, media value, and guest feedback
Contribute insights and ideas to enhance partnership value and future planning
Requirements
1–3 years’ experience in sponsorship, sports marketing, events, or brand partnerships (agency or rights-holder side)
Excellent organisational and project management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with confidence engaging clients and suppliers
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with CRM or project-tracking tools advantageous
