About the role

  • Senior Inside Sales Representative driving new customer sales for Wolters Kluwer's tax software solutions. Managing sales pipeline and meeting outbound activity targets from Coppell, TX office.

Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable sales growth to new customers within a designated territory
  • Strategically manage a defined geographic or vertical territory
  • Build and maintain a robust, well-qualified sales pipeline
  • Meet or exceed daily outbound call/email activity targets
  • Drive transactional sales while managing longer sales cycles for high-value opportunities
  • Deliver accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts using CRM data
  • Proactively identify, engage, and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Conduct needs assessments and position software solutions
  • Prepare and present tailored product demonstrations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university OR equivalent relevant sales experience
  • 2+ years of B2B inside sales, account/relationship management experience
  • Experience carrying a quota and exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated experience with consultative sales approach
  • Understanding of the needs and workflows of retail tax professionals is a strong advantage
  • Prior sales, account or relationship management experience in the tax preparer space
  • CRM Expertise: Proficient in Salesforce or similar tools
