About the role

  • Account Executive driving sales growth for Wemolo, transforming mobility management through innovative technology. Responsible for entire sales process and account management with a focus on B2B sales.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the entire sales process — from initial outreach through persuasive presentations to closing deals.
  • You break down accounts into their decision-making structures and relevant stakeholders, actively manage them, and conduct presentations and negotiations at all management levels.
  • You leverage the SDR team’s groundwork, further qualify leads strategically, prioritize opportunities based on data, and build a reliable, scalable sales pipeline.
  • You keep your targets in sight, analyze your pipeline, and continuously optimize your sales strategies.
  • Our team comes first: you collaborate closely with colleagues across functions to continuously develop Wemolo.

Requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience and ideally have worked with small and medium-sized accounts.
  • You are structured and analytical: you work data-driven with a strong focus on quality and excellence.
  • You are ambitious and excited by rapid growth in a highly dynamic environment.
  • You have a strong personal presence and the drive to master Wemolo’s technology.
  • You have C1-level German and speak fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • You hold a valid Class B driving license and are willing to travel regularly within Germany (approx. 10–20%).
