About the role

  • Commercial Manager for promoting Wound & Tissue Repair products in Drome. Engaging with pharmacists, nurses, and resellers to achieve sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop our market share by promoting our innovative wound care products to a broad audience.
  • Achieve the sales objectives for the territory by implementing a local commercial strategy that addresses all customer segments.
  • Adhere to the sales plan and execute commercial actions related to portfolio segmentation and targeting.
  • Build long-term relationships to increase market share.
  • Plan and ensure traceability of commercial activity via the CRM to guarantee appropriate coverage of key accounts.
  • Use all available tools to optimize sales, including marketing campaigns and educational materials.
  • Provide feedback and engage with Marketing and Sales Management on the tools and strategies expected by the market.

Requirements

  • A higher education degree.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the pharmacy sector.
  • Energetic and curious.
  • Strong organizational skills and a sense of commitment.
