Responsibilities

Active development of the technical infrastructure with a focus on efficiency, sustainability and automation (e.g., optimization of energy and control systems).
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (occupational safety, fire protection, inspection obligations, etc.).
Assuming the role of Fire Safety Officer and Safety Officer (required qualifications will be provided by us).
Responsibility for technical documentation, maintenance schedules and inspection intervals.
Participation in renovation, investment and sustainability projects.
Close cooperation with house management and seminar operations to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
Completed technical qualification (e.g., building services, electrical, utilities, heating or plant engineering) or equivalent; further qualifications with leadership responsibility are an advantage.
Several years of experience in the technical management of buildings, ideally in hotels, seminar houses or similar facilities.
Experience managing contractors and external service providers and some leadership experience.
Solid knowledge of relevant regulations in occupational safety, fire protection and building operations.
Structured, independent working style with a hands-on mentality and a strategic outlook.
Very good German language skills and willingness to make occasional site visits between locations.
