Responsibilities
Lead, train and develop an efficient sales team, setting targets and designing recognition programs for the team.
Manage the client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction, retention and continuous revenue expansion.
Conduct strategic commercial negotiations, renewals and proposals, ensuring predictable outcomes.
Analyze market trends to anticipate client needs and identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Collaborate closely with product, growth, innovation and finance teams to align offerings and provide visibility into customer pain points (and reasons for churn).
Act as the driving force behind product, feature and process initiatives based on customer feedback and deep knowledge of the payments market.
Monitor commercial KPIs, prepare reports and provide clarity on goals to leadership and your team.
Support the development of campaigns, sales collateral and conversion strategies.
Use the CRM (HubSpot) to record information, maintain data reliability and support commercial forecasts.
Participate in and assist with mapping national and international trade shows, events and roadshows.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
Solid experience in sales or commercial management focused on the cross-border payments sector.
Deep understanding of cross-border payment products, with an emphasis on the Brazilian market.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential for our global focus.
Strong experience leading and developing other leaders and sales teams.
Proven ability to design and operationalize strategic plans at a tactical level.
