Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of a residential loan processing team

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- 3+ Years Residential Mortgage or Consumer Lending loan experience of conventional, FHA, and VA loans or Consumer Loan experience
- Must have management experience 2+ years with overall responsibility for processing, underwriting, or closing of residential mortgage loans
- Extensive working knowledge of residential loan documentation.
- Familiar with consumer or mortgage documentation for jumbo loans, FHA VA and niche products
- Excellent PC skills and familiarity with standard office equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Knowledge of regulatory, Investor and departmental policies for compliance and residential lending laws.
- Knowledge of CRA products and Industry.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
- Ability to think out of the box in structuring and processing loan requests
