About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner at Wayflyer managing full-cycle recruitment for critical and technical roles. Collaborating with leaders and enhancing candidate experiences in a fintech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of critical roles, balancing technical requirements (Engineering, IT, Product) with niche business functions (Credit Risk, Underwriting, Finance).
  • Partner closely with Technical and Functional leaders to deeply understand complex hiring needs.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring across varied verticals.
  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage hard-to-find talent.
  • Leverage data and market intelligence to provide stakeholders with realistic insights.
  • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally with exposure to both Technical (Engineering, Data, IT) and General & Administrative (Finance, Risk, Legal) functions.
