About the role

  • Optimising Talent Acquisition operations while leading a team at Wayflyer. Overseeing recruitment strategies and managing hiring processes effectively for global candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Optimise Talent Acquisition function's day-to-day operations for a high-quality hiring experience.
  • Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring goals while upholding company values.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment strategy across regions and functions.
  • Identify and implement improvements to processes and tech stack for operational excellence.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and hiring managers.

Requirements

  • Significant experience (5+ years) in Talent Acquisition leadership, including managing and coaching a global or multi-regional team.
  • Demonstrated track record of stepping into an interim or transitional role and rapidly delivering impact and stability.
  • Excellent operator with a "builder's mindset," focused on making processes smarter, faster, and scalable.
  • Hands-on experience scaling recruitment efforts in multiple geographies, ideally including the US and Europe.
  • Proficient in using data (metrics, reporting, dashboards) to inform decision-making and problem-solving.
