About the role

• Senior Manager in IT Strategy managing projects and IT strategies for Wavestone. Overseeing qualitative and quantitative responsibilities while leading client transformations.

Responsibilities

• You assume leadership and shaping responsibilities in the context of IT strategy, IT sourcing, or IT Service Management (ITSM).
• You take on qualitative and quantitative responsibility for projects, topic areas, and the business.
• You model IT strategies and IT architectures and design IT business models for our clients and their implementation.
• You develop IT sourcing strategies, service portfolios, and service management processes.
• You analyze and evaluate IT trends and new innovations and develop new solutions.
• You identify new business and sales opportunities and build networks.
• You are responsible for quality assurance to ensure successful go-to-market activities while supporting the transformation of IT organizations.

Requirements

• You hold a successfully completed university degree, ideally with additional qualifications.
• You have relevant professional experience in consulting with a focus on IT strategy, IT sourcing, and/or IT service management.
• You have proven leadership experience as well as business/entrepreneurial responsibility.
• You possess strong sales and presales skills, ideally with demonstrable acquisition successes.
• You are passionate about analyzing IT business processes and defining and implementing best-practice solutions.
• You have business-fluent German and English skills and the required willingness to travel as a consultant.
