Responsibilities
- You assume overall product responsibility for Beats Radio
- Strategic and operational development and growth of the station
- Content maintenance, structuring and quality control across all platforms
- Further development of the on‑air design (sound design, packaging, promotions) in collaboration with creative and production teams
- Planning and implementation of brand marketing activities on- and off‑air
- Building and maintaining a network of artists, influencers and key multipliers/partners
Requirements
- You understand the DNA of Beats Radio
- Professional experience in product management for digital media (radio, streaming, audio) and a strong sense for the genre
- Strong instinct for suitable artists – you know the scene, follow trends and can identify labels, producers and acts that fit Beats Radio
- Experience with playlist tools and ideally with music planning software
- Strong brand understanding and a good sense for target audiences
- Team player, strong communicator and eagerness to shape a young brand
