About the role

  • (Senior) CRM Consultant developing Customer Excellence strategies for clients in various industries. Collaborating with customers and implementing new software solutions for improved customer management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and operationalize future-ready Customer Excellence strategies and functional concepts.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate Customer Excellence software together with our clients.
  • Work closely with our clients in the insurance and energy sectors to design future-proof customer management processes.
  • Analyze requirements across marketing, sales and service and design capability models.
  • Specify business and technical requirements as the basis for software evaluations and customer management implementations.
  • Conceptualize customer-centric omnichannel strategies to increase efficiency and improve customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Relevant professional experience at a management consultancy or as an in-house consultant at a financial services provider, ideally with a focus on customer management.
  • Experience leading and delivering strategic, organizational, business or technical projects — preferably in an insurance context.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills and enthusiasm for innovative topics such as Customer Experience, Digital Lead Management, Customer Analytics, hyper-personalization and Churn Management.
  • Technically savvy — especially with customer management/CRM software.
  • Enjoy developing new offerings and pitching them to prospective clients.
  • Successfully completed university degree.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills.
