Responsibilities
Develop and operationalize future-ready Customer Excellence strategies and functional concepts.
Evaluate and select appropriate Customer Excellence software together with our clients.
Work closely with our clients in the insurance and energy sectors to design future-proof customer management processes.
Analyze requirements across marketing, sales and service and design capability models.
Specify business and technical requirements as the basis for software evaluations and customer management implementations.
Conceptualize customer-centric omnichannel strategies to increase efficiency and improve customer experiences.
Requirements
Relevant professional experience at a management consultancy or as an in-house consultant at a financial services provider, ideally with a focus on customer management.
Experience leading and delivering strategic, organizational, business or technical projects — preferably in an insurance context.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills and enthusiasm for innovative topics such as Customer Experience, Digital Lead Management, Customer Analytics, hyper-personalization and Churn Management.
Technically savvy — especially with customer management/CRM software.
Enjoy developing new offerings and pitching them to prospective clients.
Successfully completed university degree.
Willingness to travel.
Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills.
