About the role

Responsibilities
- You contribute to the advancement of the public sector by analyzing, modeling and documenting our clients’ business processes — with a particular focus on tax and accounting.
- You operate at the interface between the business domain and IT, capturing business requirements in a structured way.
- You ensure these requirements are clearly documented and unambiguously recorded in project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps for all stakeholders.
- You identify opportunities for improvement and support organizations in making their processes more efficient and transparent.
- You manage projects end-to-end, accompanying them from business planning through implementation and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Several years of practical experience in the Swiss public sector or in a consulting firm
- Solid knowledge of tax and accounting
- Experience with model-driven working methods (BPMN and UML)
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or an equivalent qualification
- Certifications in classical and agile project management methods (IPMA, HERMES, SAFe, Scrum, or similar)
- Strong written and spoken German (C1)
- Preferably also able to communicate in English and French
