About the role

  • Product Owner leading B2B data strategy and digital segmentation at Inmetrics. Ensuring data product compliance and operationalizing audience segments for marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the B2B data strategy and digital segmentation as a competitive advantage.
  • Roadmap management: define and prioritize the backlog for corporate data products (Firmographics and Intent Data) and digital audiences (Individuals/Companies).
  • Ensure the quality of the companies' Golden Record (CNPJ, CNAE, Revenue) to support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Operationalize audience segments in CDP/DMP platforms, focusing on Lookalike models and third-party data enrichment.
  • Ensure that all data products comply with LGPD, maintaining ethical standards and information security.
  • Validate whether the tools (Ignite, Bluebox) are addressing the real needs of clients' Growth and CRM teams.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Product Owner for data products or marketing platforms (MarTech/AdTech).
  • Deep knowledge of B2B data modeling and CRM/Marketing Automation flows.
  • Ability to monitor B2B funnel KPIs (MQL > SQL and conversion rates).
  • Soft skills: execution-oriented mindset, proactive attitude, and excellent communication with engineering and data science teams.
  • Fluent English, with the ability to operate in multilingual environments and collaborate with international teams.
