About the role
- Senior Business Analyst responsible for analyzing stakeholder requirements and ensuring compliance at Creditreform. Focused on improving data quality and supporting software development processes.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze and document stakeholder requirements, taking into account data quality, processes and system dependencies.
- Assess the economic viability and alignment of requirements with objectives, and support their prioritization.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and consider these when implementing changes.
- Define acceptance criteria and support the execution of acceptance tests.
- Present and communicate results to the appropriate audience—both within the team and at client events.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification with solid business knowledge and accounting/financial reporting skills
- Knowledge of SQL and ideally Python
- Very good German language skills (min. C2 level) and strong communication skills
- Analytical thinking and technical know-how, particularly in working with data analyses
- Structured, self-organized working style and a proven ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas
- Team-oriented and open personality with enthusiasm for working in an agile environment
