- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and technical tradeoffs across highly interdependent initiatives
- Provide clear, consistent, and executive-ready program status reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline required
- 8+ years of technical program management experience, ideally in advertising technology, SaaS, or enterprise platforms
- Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply in system architecture, data flows, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems
- Solid understanding of advertising technology ecosystems, including ad serving, campaign management, forecasting, yield optimization, measurement, and converged linear + digital advertising platforms
- Proven track record of driving large, enterprise-scale programs from conception through delivery, coordinating global engineering teams, and achieving measurable impact on platform reliability, scalability, adoption, or revenue
- Exceptional ability to influence without authority across Engineering, Product, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal
- Demonstrated ability to identify, manage, and mitigate technical and organizational risks, complex dependencies, and tradeoffs across multi-team initiatives
- Track record of leading modernization and transformation initiatives, including re-architecture efforts, platform migrations, and transitions from legacy systems to cloud-native, scalable solutions
- Experience setting program management best practices, improving delivery rigor, and mentoring other TPMs
