Responsibilities
- Working with Abbott's Business Technology Group to plan, build, and deliver global commercial solutions.
- Aligning IT solutions with business strategies and building relationships across various clients and IT groups.
- Supporting all aspects of information technology including Management experience implementing and sustaining strategic programs.
- Collaborating with business leaders and executive IT stakeholders to define program objectives and long-term investment roadmaps.
- Leading cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts.
- Communicating program and portfolio status through clear reporting for project teams and executive management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years’ experience in project management, program management, business systems analysis and deployment working with global teams.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing IT platforms projects delivery.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into a scalable solution design.
- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously; workload will be a blend of small, medium, and large implementation projects.
- Strong presentation and written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in Customer service, Call center & managing IT platforms.
