About the role

  • Intern collaborating with the CALS team at Warner Bros. Discovery on advertising platform analytics. Analyzing data, optimizing strategies, and supporting performance reporting in a hybrid capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to define business requirements and core performance metrics
  • Help test and deploy new advertising products and ad functionality to make sure they meet the required specifications and are free of defects
  • Analyze performance data from advertising platforms and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Support the team by creating reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders

Requirements

  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required)
  • Must be a rising Junior or Senior (18 years or older)
  • Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above GPA)
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
  • Nice-to-Haves: Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI; Knowledge of digital advertising ecosystems and performance metrics; Exposure to agile methodologies such as SCRUM, FDD, or Kanban; Basic understanding of SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
