About the role

Responsibilities
- Development of store prospecting projects, layouts, and project detailing;
- Development of store category books (plans + informational materials);
- Monitoring store schedules together with implementation consultants, addressing project needs and revisions;
- Creation of manuals and informational materials for the area;
- Liaison with related departments to remove bottlenecks in project stages;
- Monitoring project indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture;
- Proficiency in Revit is essential for project development and detailing;
- Previous experience with store rollouts and/or commercial projects;
- Experience with franchised retail networks is a plus;
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD for reading, editing, and coordinating technical drawings;
- Knowledge of commercial layouts and reading and coordinating floor plans;
