Responsibilities
Responsible for selling across TNT Sports including Bleacher Report and House of Highlights
Generate revenue through partnerships and collaborate closely with Marketing, Planning, and Account Services teams to ensure programs meet and exceed client KPIs
Build and leverage relationships with key contacts at major agencies and national brands
Partner with internal teams to deliver cross-platform programs across premier leagues such as the NCAA, NHL, MLB, NASCAR, Roland Garros and more
Manage and analyze the performance of clients' campaigns to recommend and tailor solutions based on client objectives and KPIs
Grow existing portfolio of clients to drive and upsell Sports + Bleacher Report / House of Highlights
Requirements
At least 5 years’ media sales experience required
Strong, established relationships with key decision makers in Detroit and other large clients in the upper Midwest
Proven track record of negotiating, structuring and closing media brand partnerships with emphasis on growing revenue
An entrepreneurial mindset – creative thinker, results-oriented, passionate, confident, ability to thrive in an unstructured environment
Strong understanding of the GEN Z sports fanatic/user/viewer
Ability to understand media industry, changing technology and convey it in an easy-to-understand manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational/project management skills
