Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day management of work and team members for the office.
Overall responsibility for having all proposals and contracts in place.
Responsible for the group’s organizational chart, project budget reports, review of monthly project revenue projections & monthly financials and the preparation of monthly business reports.
Consistently market and promote getting new work for Ware Malcomb to grow the office. Attend business development/networking functions.
Prepare an annual Strategic Plan and Mind Map for your office.
Show measurable attainment of Ware Malcomb Diversification Services.
Utilize Ware Malcomb’s CRM system to track all Business Development activities.
Leads strategy for project pursuits, collaborating with the marketing team.
Communication, collaboration and positive relationship building with Ware Malcomb leadership company wide.
Create and lead a positive, team orientated environment.
Partner with internal Talent Acquisition team to hire new team members.
Requirements
15+ years of experience within the field of Interior Design and/or Architecture
Prior experience leading a team, studio or office
Proposals and business development experience
Experience developing and maintaining client relationships market
Licensed Architect strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field
Ability to lead and foster a positive team environment
