Responsibilities
Advise and support managers and employees on HR-related and employment law matters
Draft, review and amend employment contracts, addenda and other employment law documents
Prepare payroll and coordinate with the payroll service provider
Coordinate applicant management, including conducting interviews
Support individual personnel measures (e.g., warnings, terminations, transfers)
Support implementation of HR projects
Identify optimization potential in existing HR processes and implement improvements together with the team
Requirements
Commercial vocational training (e.g., office clerk, HR clerk, tax clerk) or equivalent qualification with additional certification, e.g., payroll clerk
More than three years' professional experience in HR administration/employee support
Good knowledge of employment law and, where applicable, experience with collective bargaining agreements (GuA NRW)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and a strong affinity for HR software (Sage HR Suite / ATOSS time tracking system)
Proven ability to work independently, strong organizational skills, creativity and a high sense of responsibility for one’s area of duties
