Responsibilities
Support the German-speaking seller team with identifying and maintaining leads and opportunities
Prepare and maintain sales pipelines in the CRM system
Create and update sales materials, presentations and proposals in German
Conduct research on potential customers, market segments and competitors
Assist with customer communications: follow-ups, appointment scheduling and documentation
Assist on small cross-functional projects between Sales, Pre‑Sales and Engineering, e.g., providing input for solution ideas or technical translations
Requirements
You are enrolled in a university program in business, engineering, computer science or a related field
Some experience or a strong interest in sales, customer-facing roles or commercial tasks
Internships or part-time jobs in related areas are a plus
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken; good English is an advantage
Resilience and energy: you remain calm and focused when things get busy and proactively look for solutions rather than problems
Self-starter mentality: you take initiative, can organize your work well and keep an overview without close supervision
Strong communication skills, enthusiasm for active involvement and initiative
Confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel); experience with CRM systems is desirable but not required
