About the role

  • Project Manager responsible for optimal market penetration and customer acquisition in interior construction for G+H. Engaging with customers and overseeing project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maximizing market coverage in the sales territory and acquiring new customers
  • Advise customers on technical matters and provide support during order execution
  • Prepare quotations including cost calculations and manage order processing
  • Lead and supervise technical site managers or senior installation supervisors
  • Conduct order negotiations from start to finish
  • Monitor all construction phases up to final acceptance and invoicing

Requirements

  • Completed technician or master craftsman qualification, or commercial qualification with a technical interest
  • Knowledge of interior fit-out
  • Ideally, sales experience in the interior fit-out sector
  • Confident user of MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
  • Additional knowledge of iTWO is an advantage
  • Confident and professional manner when dealing with customers
  • Strong networking and communication skills
