About the role

  • Drive sales and secure orders for Omexom power supply systems across Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg and Hesse. Provide technical consulting, prepare technical and contractual offers, and act as the interface between customers and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Position Omexom power supply systems as a technically competent and reliable partner for our customers
  • Ensure order intake for the division
  • Acquire new customer relationships, build strategic new business and manage and secure our existing customers in the greater Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg and Hesse regions
  • Provide technical consulting and solution development and support the project throughout its duration according to individual requirements
  • Prepare offers from a technical and contractual perspective
  • Provide project consulting and support and act as the interface between customers and our project management
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities and develop recommendations for the sales strategy

Requirements

  • Completed degree in electrical engineering, qualified electrical technician, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
  • Sales expertise in electrical power supply systems and preferably professional experience in control cabinet/switchgear construction
  • A personality with technical competence, market knowledge, strong communication skills, customer focus, negotiation skills, persistence, independence and result orientation
  • Confident communication and negotiation skills in German, combined with a strong customer focus and persuasiveness
  • Enjoys working with people
  • Enjoys taking on challenges
  • Ideally rooted in the Franconian region and looking to commit to our company for the long term
