About the role
- Manager Inflight Programs at JetBlue, planning and managing portfolio projects on the Inflight team. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring project execution and alignment across stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Plans, coordinates, and manages a portfolio of projects on the Inflight team
- Partners with leaders across the team to oversee aspects of the projects from start to finish
- Manages program funding including business case submissions, forecasts, auditing and capitalizing spend
- Tracks goals progression across the portfolio including benefits delivery, metrics, and overall strategy execution
- Ensures work practices are in line with audit, security and regulatory requirements and company policies
- Partners with other Inflight leaders to ensure alignment and drive efficiencies
- Develops, maintains and reports a financial and resource plan for their area
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline; OR demonstrated capability with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of relevant work experience
- Five (5) years project management experience
- Two (2) years of Airline, Marketing, or Strategy experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and Visio
- Knowledge of presentation tools such as PowerPoint
- Knowledge of budget processes
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and managerial skills including the ability to motivate others
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Available for occasional overnight travel (20%)
- Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Authorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
