  • Assistant Restaurant Manager overseeing Food & Beverage operations at Melia Desert Palm. Ensuring service excellence and managing team performance in a luxury resort environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide service excellence in Food & Beverage operations
  • Manage and oversee F&B outlet activities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service
  • Train and mentor team members for improved performance

Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years’ experience in F&B outlet management position.
  • College Degree or Equivalent
  • Excellent working knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Strong English communication and organisational skills
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Analytic oriented / able to make report and analysis to improve on different levels
  • Professional appearance
  • Computer skills (excel, email, MICROS,)
