Responsibilities
Acquisition of new accounts: Proactively approaching prospective customers and key accounts, including scheduling appointments for field sales
Lead handling & customer needs analysis: Qualifying and prioritizing incoming leads through targeted needs assessments for the sales process
Customer communication: Advising on products and services, handling inquiries via phone, email and chat, and maintaining long-term customer relationships
CRM and data maintenance: Maintaining and updating customer master data in the CRM system, monitoring follow-ups and sales stages
Reporting & analysis: Preparing regular reports on pipeline and sales activities, analyzing metrics and deriving improvement measures
Requirements
Completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent qualification
Experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing
Strong affinity for technical products such as robotics, AI or IoT
Confident use of presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint) and CRM systems
Excellent communication skills, strong organizational ability and team orientation
